Style of Classes
In 2016, I plan to be teaching in six ways and I hope one or more of them will offer something for you.
  • GENERAL YOGA classes with a good mixture of active and passive Asanas (postures) finishing with relaxation
  • MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA sessions, offering a quieter inner practice, sometimes including walking meditation
  • Combined Saturday workshops with a co-leader, such as YOGA & QI GONG and YOGA & CHANTING,
  • YIN YOGA mornings (usually weekends) in which we practice passive longer-held poses with a view to affecting deeper tissue around our joints (in particular our hips and sacro-iliac) and to ‘stretch’ the joints themselves
  • BWY Foundation Course
